Refund & Cancellation

This policy covers paid training registrations arranged directly with Script Systemflow where a fee is quoted in KRW. Enterprise contracts may specify different terms in writing.

Where Korean consumer law grants a statutory withdrawal period for distance contracts, you may cancel within 14 days of purchase unless services have begun with your express consent.

Full refunds apply to cancellations made at least 21 days before the published start date of a cohort. Partial refunds may apply between 21 and 10 days based on administrative costs already incurred.

Custom on-site engagements after workbook printing, third-party venue fees already paid, and downloadable assets delivered after purchase are generally non-refundable.

Email hello@script-systemflow.one with your registration reference, reason, and preferred refund path. We confirm receipt within three business days and respond with a decision timeline.

Approved refunds are initiated within 10 business days to the original paying path where possible; bank transfers may take additional clearing time.

Force majeure, government travel restrictions, or medical emergencies are reviewed case-by-case with documentation. Nothing here limits non-waivable rights under Korean consumer protection law.
