Alignment memos fail when async work becomes invisible. We teach three rituals: a Monday snapshot, a Wednesday dissent window, and a Friday initials pass.
The Monday snapshot is five bullets max—no attachments. It forces prioritization before the week fills with meetings.
Wednesday dissent is intentionally short. Anyone blocking must log a single sentence risk; silence means assent for that cycle only.
Friday initials are ceremonial but useful. People type initials in the doc footer, creating a lightweight activity log without opening a new tool.
Teams in Korea and abroad use the same rhythm; only the time zones shift.
